The Higher State
The Higher State are like the high energy bands that came out of LA in the 60s -
the Doors, Love, etc. We heard about them Higher State at the last minute for SoL
2010 and managed to squeeze them in. They're a bunch of talented musicians who could/should
have been playing forty-odd years ago. They've got psych garage-rock nailed to a
T and so impressed everyone last year that we thought we'd bring them back this year
with a longer slot.
